As a ministry, White Sulphur Springs thrives on the support of our friends and family. Our ability to serve our guests is largely due to the contributions of our army of volunteers and seasonal staff, who generously give their time, talent, and treasure year after year. Check out our information below if you’re interested in donating to a fund, volunteering during a retreat weekend or volunteers period, or joining our winter or summer staff teams.
Fisher House Renovation
As more individuals and families seek programs and fellowship to support their unique walks as Christians in the military, we’ve encountered a great blessing that poses a problem: we have an abundance of guests and not enough lodging. WSS facilities require large-scale renovations, upgrades, and modernizations so that we can continue impacting the military community through Christ-like leaders.
Summer Staff
Looking for a great way to spend your summer in a fun-filled environment with service and fellowship at the heart of the experience? Apply for one of our three summer staff opportunities: Senior Staff, Staff Apprentices, and Support Team. Each team varies in age and duration of service. Click on the button below to find the best summer staff fit.
Winter Staff
Winter Staff is a 2.5-week opportunity for rising college sophomores to adults to serve at White Sulphur Springs during our three Winter Retreat sessions. From guest services work to facilities projects to childcare and everything in between, there are plenty of opportunities to make a difference in the lives of our guests during the Christmas season.
OCF Resources
Officers’ Christian Fellowship, the parent ministry of White Sulphur Springs Conference Center, seeks to help Christians in the military society and their families grow together in their relationship with God and others, and to unite them in biblical fellowship and outreach, and encourage each other through prayer.
